Clinic questions
Every appointment starts with understanding your symptoms and history. If hearing loss is detected, we explain your options clearly and only recommend a hearing aid if it is genuinely the right solution.
Where are Clear Hearing Solutions clinics located?
We have audiology clinics in Hamilton, Thornlands and Caboolture, Queensland. The full address for each clinic is listed on this page.
How do I book a hearing appointment?
Call us on 0435 883 554, or the landline on 07 5319 2444. You can also book online on our appointment page.
Which clinic should I choose?
Choose whichever location is easiest for you to reach. If you are not sure which service you need, call first and our team will help you book the right appointment.
Do I need a referral before booking?
You can book directly on our appointment page. If you are booking through a specialist, GP or a pensioner hearing program, ask the clinic what paperwork they need from you.
Can I use the Australian Government Hearing Services Program at each clinic?
Eligibility and availability can depend on your circumstances and the clinic. Please call the clinic you plan to visit to confirm your eligibility and the services available there. Conditions apply under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.
What should I bring to a first hearing appointment?
Bring a list of any medications you take, your current hearing aid details if you wear one, and any previous hearing test results.
Do all clinics offer the same services?
Call the clinic you plan to visit to confirm which appointment types run at that location. Our full service list is on the services page.
